Ass to Grass Challenge!! π₯ _ 135x12 165x10 175x8 185x6 195x4 _ Unfortunately I lost a lot of my strength while I was prepping for my last competition. My carb intake was lower so I was not able to train as heavy. It was difficult to keep pushing heavier weight each workout because my energy levels were lower. _ It is time to start from scratch now and build my strength up again! The off season has officially began, time to make gains! πͺπΌπ. _ What is everyone training today? ππΌ _ #noceragrind .
